Dear friends & partners in the Gospel,
Welcome to Our New Year Update for 2017 and, yes, it’s a little late.
We were blessed to spend Christmas and New Year in Spain with Mamma Sean (as she would be called in Africa) and then a couple of weeks in the UK. In-spite of the cold weather it was a real blessing to enjoy an English/European Christmas, as we have been unable to make it home at this time of year since 2003.
2017 is set to be a challenging year as we pray towards the Kenyan elections in August. The violence that followed the 2007 election brought the country to the brink of collapse but in the aftermath of that tragedy there was a determination to avoid a repetition and the following election was extremely peaceful. We don’t know what this year’s election will bring but we are praying as a church for God’s intervention.

Please join us in prayers that people will rise above tribalism and especially that Christians will see their identity as a child of God and a member of His tribe.
Please continue to pray for revival over here and that the true church will rise up and preach the true Gospel that brings light and transformation into every dark place.
Finally, thank you for all your prayers and support in the last year.
May God richly bless you in 2017.
